I see the word "error" instead of a value for the census columns on the display

CensusConnect relies on the Census API provided by the US Census Bureau. Although this API is stable, on rare occasions, they have server problems and cannot field the requests. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do at CensusConnect. They are usually able to resolve the issues within a few hours. CensusConnect will automatically begin functioning properly as soon as the Census API issues are resolved.

CensusConnect won't install on my iPad

Currently, Chrome Extensions are not supported on the iPad, therefore CensusConnect will not work. Google has announced that they do have plans for support in the near future however.

I went to the Chrome Store, but I don't see a Download button

If you see an image like below, then you have an older version of chrome. Please goto Chrome to download latest

After installing, now the listing pages load slower than normal

Certain columns (namely Sex Offender and % Tax Assessment) take longer time to load since they need to gather the data from several sources. To speed up the load time, limit your column selections to only census attributes.
